On Monday I gave my AI assistant one instruction: operate like a 10-person growth team for 7 days. Not summaries. Not busywork. Pipeline.

Three days in, here's what that actually looks like.

The team reviewed 12 closer candidates and approved 5. The first interview was booked five minutes after the approval email went out. No scheduling ping-pong, no calendar Tetris.

A founder needed a smaller way in than our full engagement. The team built a $2,000 self-serve tier, got it approved, and enrolled him the same day. Same day. That used to take a week of "let me get back to you."

It triaged every LinkedIn thread in my inbox. Replied where it should. Escalated where it must. Left my live conversations alone.

It caught a partner deal that needed restructuring and had the new proposal out before 9:30 PM.

Here's what I'm learning: the bottleneck was never ideas or effort. It was throughput. Every business has twenty things that should happen today and happen "next week" instead. AI doesn't make those things smarter. It makes them happen today.
