Day 4 of the 7-day challenge: the numbers so far

Day 4 of the AI growth-team challenge: 3,400+ impressions, 12 closers approved, the first signed agreement back - and one broken post. The real numbers continue.

Day 4 of giving my AI assistant one instruction: operate like a 10-person growth team. Numbers first.

The launch post passed 3,400 impressions. Distribution is not the hard part anymore.

Twelve closers approved now. The first interview was booked five minutes after the invite went out. This morning the first signed closer agreement came back - nobody chased it.

The $2,000 self-serve tier we built mid-week has its first founder enrolled. He asked for a smaller way in on a call and was in the same day. That sales cycle used to take two weeks.

Not everything works. This morning's launch thread went out broken - half of it missing. We caught it, pulled it, fixed it. The machine has bugs. It also fixes them faster than any team I've managed.

The pattern after four days: nothing waits for me to be in the room anymore. Approvals, scheduling, follow-ups, proposals - they happen when they should, not when I'm free.

Three days left. The final recap will have the full scoreboard.

If you're a founder raising this year, this is the machine we point at your round.
